Sherborne Drainage, trading as Sherborne Utilities LTD are a family run Drainage Company established in 2007, becoming a Limited company in 2011. We carry out Drainage solutions across the South West of England, covering Sherborne , Poundbury , Yeovil , Bath , Wool , Bridgwater , Taunton and the whole of Dorset. We are very much a “hands on” Company and are here to help and advise you on all your Drainage Problems. Unlike the National Companies who will try and take card payments before work has taken place, we simply ask for payment or Bank transfer after you are happy with the work is completed by our engineers.
We aim for best practice and service, and not minimum standards. All vans are equipped with hot water hand washing facilities, method statements, risk assessments and our Company Health & Safety Policy.

Called them to book a septic tank emptying, The office staff was lovely and booked me same day. The engineers arrived on site and without any disruption to me they emptied my septic tank and away they were. job well done !!

Excellent service, response and affordable. I called on Friday lunchtime and requested a visit for Saturday afternoon, which was arranged by a very pleasant chap with no bother at all.
Our tank hadn’t been emptied for 8 years and is not ideally positioned however, the friendly guy who came out was very helpful and managed to clear all the blockages for us quickly and efficiently.
They didn’t require cash or payment upon arrival either and allow you to settle by invoice after the emptying. I would recommend them not not only due to the quick response and good service, but also for the fact their website is quite helpful and informative, and it was easy to do business with them.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. After emptying the tank we found our foul waste pipe was blocked with no obvious way of getting into the drain. They did not give up but eventually got the drain clear. Absolutely fantastic and very polite and courteous.
